How long do I have to expect my order?
Once marked “Out for Delivery,” the package is usually slated to arrive on the same day, anytime from the early morning at 8 a.m. to the evening till 8 p.m. The exact timing may jive with factors like weather, traffic, and the volume of parcels aboard the delivery truck.
Can I Customize a Canvas with my own images?
Submit a request and we will reach out within 48 hours to notate the details of what you would like us to do and we will be glad to accomadate you.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
We don't have orders at our facility to be picked up. We ship orders from our warhouse to you desired destination.
Do you have a return/refund policy?
Altough some states are not required to have a return/refund policy, We will give up to 5 days as long as the packge seal is not broken.
What is the material used to create the canvases?
Modern canvas is usually made of cotton or linen, or sometimes polyvinyl chloride (PVC), although historically it was made from hemp. It differs from other heavy cotton fabrics, such as denim, in being plain weave rather than twill weave.
We use polyvinyl chloride and wood then stretch the material over the woodmset frame then package and send to you.

What does delivery cost?
Delivery Costs means costs, expenses and charges incurred by the Company in connection with the delivery of Goods to the Customer, including but not limited to freight costs and insurance charges;
How will my order be shipped?
The shipping process for an online order usually begins when the order is confirmed. The seller or supplier will then pack and label the order, and if the product isn't already made, they'll also handle production. Once the order is ready, the seller will give it to a delivery company, such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx, or they might handle it themselves if they have their own delivery service.

The product I want is out of stock. How will I know once it's re-stocked?
We may discontinue an item or suspend an item, but as long as it is on the shopping pg it will be availibe for purchase.
Can I get more information on a particular product?
Typically, if you're a customer you'll find product information on a retailer or brand's website, in a physical catalog, or on the product itself.
Do you offer wholesale prices for bulk buying?
To arrive at an appropriate value, consider factors such as your profit margin, your competitors' pricing, and your customer's needs and expectations. The typical wholesale discount percentage is between 10% and 50%. However, the deduction ultimately depends on your business and the products you're selling.

When is my credit or debit card charged?
When a debit card is used to make a purchase, the funds are immediately deducted from the account. Because debit card payments are electronic, they are often posted within 24 hours,

My payment didn’t go through. What should I do?
If your card was debited but the transaction failed, you can try contacting the merchant's customer support or help desk. You can provide details about the transaction, such as the date, time, and amount debited. You can also try updating your payment method in the Payments center, or using a different payment method. If your payment was declined, it could be because your bank is blocking foreign transactions or you don't have enough money in your account. You can contact your bank to confirm.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, contact the merchant directly. If they have already processed a charge for the order, merchants can initiate refunds.
